Premature-Ejaculation-Creatie

Men tend to take their sexuality and sexual life very seriously. In fact, they tend to get frustrated or even feel depressed if they are unable to satisfy their partner -- a natural reaction, which they, however, don't feel comfortable discussing it even with their partner.

Unfortunately, if the problem remains unattended, the mental and psychological impact that this condition may have on the individual can, in fact, further aggravate the situation. This can even strain your relationship with your partner.

But, before we explain how one can overcome this problem, we need to first understand the problem.

What is Premature Ejaculation?

Timing is everything when under the sheets. If you are a man and you climax sooner than you and your partner would like, it may lead to irritation, friction, frustration and perhaps even create a rift between the two of you.

Ironically, this is quite a common complaint among most couples. Early ejaculation on rare occasions is no cause for concern. But if it occurs frequently, you need to take care of it. Just to be sure that the problem is premature ejaculation, look for these signs:

  • Do you usually ejaculate within a minute of penetration?

  • Are you unable to delay climaxing during intercourse almost all the time?

  • Are you feeling so frustrated and depressed over it that you refrain from sex altogether?

If the answer to all these questions are Yes or Usually, then you need to consult a sexologist. But keep in mind, your problem may or may not be a long-term issue.

  • Often, first-timers climax quickly, while getting intimate with a new partner can also trigger early ejaculation.

  • There are other possibilities like performance anxiety, depression or even relationship issues.

  • It is possible that this is the effect of some medication or recent illness...
